KNOCKDOWN Structure Fire; INC#1636; 09:58PM; 14522 W Gault St; https://bit.ly/4aobu8G; #VanNuys; Firefighters found fire in one unit of a (approximately 10-unit) two-story garden-style residential condos/townhomes with fire on the first floor of one unit. Crews made access to the unit and extended hose lines through tight spaces among excessive storage to access the fire. Ultimately, it took 30 firefighters 15 minutes to access, confine, and fully extinguish the fire, successfully protecting adjacent units from the nearby flames. No reported injuries.
