KNOCKDOWN Structure Fire; INC#0260; 06:30AM; 11455 W Cumpston St; https://bit.ly/42rUn25; North Hollywood; KNOCKDOWN: 100 firefighters extinguished the fire in 47 minutes with no injuries reported. The three story building was in the framing stages of construction and was well involved in fire upon LAFD arrival. Firefighters successfully defended the surrounding buildings from an extension, preventing the displacement of those occupants. LAFD apparatus will remain on scene through the morning conducting overhaul and ensuring all hot spots are extinguished. Commuters are advised to avoid Cumpston St between Camellia Ave and Tujunga Ave. Cause and $ loss TBD.
