Update KNOCKDOWN Structure Fire; INC#0553; 10:19AM; 4960 N Glen Iris Av; https://bit.ly/4h46NmT; Eagle Rock; First arriving LAFD firefighters had reports of a 1 story single family dwelling with light smoke showing. Using standard operating procedures and operating in an offensive mode 32 firefighters were able to extinguish contents fire in 16 minutes. An aggressive fire attack operation with coordination of a well disciplined roof operations prevented extension into the attic and the need for vertical ventilation. Crews remain on scene for overhaul of the contents and structure. No Injuries reports.
