Knockdown - Greater Alarm Structure Fire; INC#0255; 05:43AM; 1547 N Sierra Bonita Av; https://bit.ly/46Vd8fS; #Hollywood; 69 LAFD Firefighters took 65 minutes in largely defensive firefighting operations to extinguish fire in a vacant and under construction two-story home with basement that was fully involved on LAFD arrival. The flames were prevented from damaging structures on three sides of the burning building. No injuries have been reported. Fire Department and allied agency operations will continue on site well into the morning, as Fire Department heavy equipment (e.g. bulldozer, excavator) is brought in to lift and move the massive amount of still smoldering debris.
