Hazardous Materials Investigation; INC#0385; 07:52AM; 13450 W Osborne St; https://bit.ly/3nb45zR; Arleta; LAFD personnel at the scene of a traffic collision that sent at least one person to the hospital, later discovered a "small amount" of a yet to be identified spilled substance in a parking lot and gutter near a convenience store, likely cargo from one of the vehicles, that will require assessment by LAFD HazMat experts, and per protocol, the attention of LA County Health officials. There are no injuries or illness related to the spill, which has been isolated. Though there is no need for an evacuation, LAFD has cordoned off and removed occupants from the convenience store, the interior of which will be evaluated for contamination.
