Civilian Fatality Structure Fire; INC#0992; 03:16PM; 7821 N Bakman Av; http://bit.ly/2N1Crqd; Sun Valley; PRELIM: Fire to rear of a 1,569 square-foot one-story home extended into the structure, and was extinguished by the first arriving 20 LAFD firefighters in just 21 minutes. Discovered within the structure was an (adult female?) beyond medical help, who was determined to be dead, and remains at the scene. Though Santa Ana wind conditions were present at the time of the blaze, the role of the winds, if any, have yet to be determined for a fire that is formally categorized as "under active investigation".
