Hiker Rescue; INC#1446; 06:12PM; 2000 N Palisades Ct; https://bit.ly/3MXoD1y; Pacific Palisades; LAFD air crews conducted an extensive search to locate a lost hiker (71F) on a remote trail. A paramedic rescuer was lowered and ensured she was not in need of medical attention, then rescuer and hiker were both hoisted to the helicopter. The hiker is being flown to a nearby helispot and will be driven to her vehicle by LAFD ambulance. Update Situation Static Expo Line TA, Vehic; INC#1054; 04:02PM; 3771 S Raymond Av; https://bit.ly/4pQCx42; Exposition Park; Firefighters extricated 2 patients from a passenger vehicle which collided with heavy rail train. Both patients (unknown age/gender/condition) are being transported to a local hospital. All passengers on the train were assessed and are uninjured. Metro ROC has the tracks shut down in both directions for an unknown period of time while the vehicle is removed and passengers are off-boarded at the next platform. LAPD INC#2547.
