Update River Rescue; INC#0282; 10:00AM; 2658 E Washington Bl; https://bit.ly/3dQ8TIR; Downtown; Now a total of 3 vehicles have been swept down the LA River toward the Washington Bridge. The second vehicle has become "stacked" atop the first submerged vehicle (water level has risen). A third vehicle was carried past the bridge at Washington Blvd and proceeded into LA County FD jurisdiction. So far, no victims (if there are any) have been located or identified.
