One apartment unit fully involved, with fire extending into the unit above. One civilian transported to a local hospital. One pet cat determined deceased on scene. ***20 apartment units impacted; at least 67 tenants displaced. Cause of fire determined to be a candle.*** LAPD, LADOT, Building & Safety, DWP, the Gas Company, West Valley Animal Services, and Red Cross requested. Blueline TA or Vehic; INC#0391; 07:35AM; 534 W Pico Bl; https://bit.ly/4qFKzNp; Downtown; First arriving unit reports a non injury collision between a passenger vehicle and an A line (formerly known as Blueline) train has occurred. 60 passengers have been escorted off the train and assessed, one patient (unknown age/gender) reports minor injuries. The driver of the vehicle (unknown age/gender) is uninjured. The A Line tracks will be shut down in the direction of the incident for an undisclosed amount of time.
