Los Angeles Fire Department Cadet Program Mentoring America's Next Generation of Firefighters

The LAFD Cadet Program is a worksite based program providing select young men and women ages 14 through 20 a better understanding of their Los Angeles Fire Department. Through structured mentoring, Neighborhood Firefighters convey vocational skills while preparing Cadets to compete for a career in America's fire service.
